Mission: Trigger individual’s leadership potential and renewal through their own insight, capability and transformation. Vision: Restoring Joy to Leadership is a catalyst for motivating unprecedented spiritually-based leadership that is centered in truth, competence and transformation.
Once I realized that I always had a choice, my life changed as I realized the level of freedom that I actually had at my disposal. My energy shifted to focusing on the consequences of my choices. In some cases, it meant discerning the lesser of the evils but nevertheless, I had the right and responsibility to consciously choose. I realized that the virtues of courage and faith were required. Through the help of mentors, I began to discern when fear was limiting my choices. This new found freedom opened my heart to explore and develop in the leadership competency of creativity and risk-taking …… Dr. Rose
